Accept responsibility for your actions. Go to court and see what happens and if you lose your license oh well, bet you'll not do it again.

    Best of luck

I do not appreciate your humor. And i had initially planned on "manning up" as you refer to it, and paying my fines.

Take it to court and ask for some leniency. It might work. Then just watch yourself. Best of luck to you.

Dude you insurance is going to be ridiculous, you might want to just get rid of your drivers license before you go broke.

Always fight it. Around me cops sit around on certain days and just ticket students from out of state to raise money for the city. Tickets for this kind of stuff is more to make money than to keep people safe.

Ignore what those said who said man up and pay it. Traffic law has to follow the same rules as normal laws, innocent until proven guilty. Plead not guilty, which puts the burden of proof on the state and make the officer take the extra time to write a deposition, show up at trial, etc.

When I was a few years younger and not as cautious I was driving home from work and was pissed off for some reason and decided to take it out on the road. Got a 26 mph over. Got a lawyer who got it reduced to an illegal left turn or something like that.

IMO most speed limits in the US are way artificially low so that cities can use them as a tax. Speeding tickets aren't the type of tickets that should be focused on but rather distracted driving (cell phone, texting) and stuff like driving in the wrong lane on a highway.

YOU are INNOCENT until proven guilty, get a lawyer, make them proof every part, speed double yellow, etc.... beyond a reasonable doubt and slow the fuck down and relax, as next time you could kill yourself or worse yet someone else like my wife, kids, or family and then guess what happens.......

Well said, not many folks can do that, they think they are in the right and that the whole world is against them. Obviously the law was broken. Invest in bus tickets, if you buy a yearly pass it will be cheaper :D

And when you get your license back, drive the speed limit :turtleride:

Why are you in such a hurry

You are 20 and you've already got enough to have your license revoked? Isn't your license benefit supposed to last you the length of your ability to physically drive?

Wow, that's amazing. Perhaps it is time to be a tad more careful when driving. So my suggestion is to man up and take responsibility for your actions. You may feel that this particular case is not your fault, but were those others your fault? What my point is, if you didn't have the previous ones, then you wouldn't have to worry about the points from this one going past the line.

not to come at ya or anything but....dude man up and slow the hell down.

been in your shoes before and have had my share of tickets, it takes a lot of self discipline, but honestly learn how to drive. I grew up and sold my fast toys 07 gixxer 600 and my STi and bought the tacoma. Its not worth paying outrageous insurance prices and fines all the time... im just now considering buying another toy but i havent been pulled over in almost 4 years.
