The rear tires move back due to the shackles. As you stuff the tires the shackles extend your leafs...if that makes sense..

and psssshhhhh. Just trim your damn fenders Jace :p quit being a little girl about it :D haha

or are you saying you want smaller ones? cause that is a bad idea..

actually as the springs move into a negative arch, the axle moves forward..... and now it not the fenders.... its the tire is very close to the top of the wheel well. and no i want bumps like half inch, 3/4 inch taller than stock

really?...cause in all technicalities..mine are a bit taller..and i have never hit my wheel well. I did hit like the weird old stock bumper mounts and took them out. Which im sure you have too.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it.

finally got my tire mounted in the bed! mounted 4 d rings. used big fender washers on the bottom of the bolts to h old them down. once strapped down the bed flexes just slightly but without fully backing the bed, its as good as its gonna get.... this thing isnt moving, just as sturdy as i wanted :D

basically made my own cheaper version of this:cool:

    for alot cheaper

Well done Jace. Now you just need a full sized spare to go with your bigger Duratrac's.
