so i bought some amber lense wrap to try. wasnt alot of money so im not worried about it but fter 2 layers on the one lights im still not completely sold.... its amber....ish. it looks relaly orange when its off but when i turn them on, the normal colored halogen bulb washes out the amber alot.... granted it is a 100 watts. i know this is a cheap way to achieve mber lights but hey worth a shot.... im in contact with a company about a possible amber bulb in 100watts, that woud be dope:D

well, got my bump stops mounted! kind of a pain in the ass to aim them so they hit in the center of ubolt flip plate. but i got it, came out pretty well i think. i didnt have time to flex it or go hit any larger bumps.... time will tell:D

also reinforced my rear frame above the shackle hanger

ok so some ideas rolling around in my head...

which leads me to questions. id like to hang a spare on the back bumper eventually sometime soon. that and mount a highlift in the bed and eventually have a steel tol box ounted as well. what im worried about is the weight this all adds.
my ome leafs are fine as of now under the current weight of the truck. they sit just above flat at right height and flex very well as well as ride well. but with even a couple hundred pds in the bed, it sags quite a bit...
so.... my options as i see them:
-install ome aal and measure for new shocks( need to do this anyway, they r too short right now). but would the aal be a bad idea do you think to install on an old leaf pack? also with the ubolt flip, id need longer ubolts(i think). i have 2 threads showing above the nuts right now.
    - find a different leaf pack. i cant think of any off the top of my head that would be close if not a touch longer in length to the ome pack, that rides as well and offers better weight handling characteristics
-install completely different leaf pack and swap out shckles if need be. dont really want to this...

    opinions?
