can that be added to a stock clutch? if so, would there be a difference?

 

Sure it could. And there would be some depending on how old the line is, same concept as changing to steel braided brake lines

awesome, really makes the petal feel crisp.... clutch is wicked awesome too

 

How was the install??

 

piece of cake. 17 and a 10mm wrench and a pair of 90* needle nose pliers. super happy with all the clutch mods ive done lately

 

I had my clutch replaced last year, it still feels spongy idk man, I've never liked the clutch in my truck..

Ya I'd assume I had the dealer install it

 

i am a tech at a dealer. oem just has a spungy feel to it. just how toyota designed it.... which is why i upgraded a bit

no not defective, itll work fine for u no doubt. i just wanted a slightly different feel. next time look into LC!

 

Are these the LCA bushings you put in?

Says 4 bushings, don't know what the control arm bushings are like. Does that mean one kit total or one kit per side?

Found them on eBay too with a picture, but that didn't help

yup, thats the ones^ you can the compare the part number of the oem bushings bewteen the taco and 4runner on rockauto> same number.
so far so good on my whitelines. be prepared for a very squishy feel.... the lcas being allowed to move freely is A very different feeling from oem rubber
