Given he just got his front suspension dialed, my bet is on rear shock mounts. :spy:

Cycling those springs? Curious to see what numbers you get and if you can get those shocks setup without rubbing.

By the time the whiskey made it around the circle for the like the 5th time, I forgot what we had decided on. :anonymous:

Yeah I'll cycle the springs but I'm more worried about the bump stops. How flat are we talking should I bump it at? Can I go a hair negative arch?

I'm gonna put king 2.0s on it once I get numbers. Yes running 3/4 bora. Picked up a set 1.25 spider Trax from a buddy already

Can go as negative as you want. All that dies is decrease your spring life. Seeing as spring are a wear item anyways. I've never been scared to go negative.

My thoughts too... I was gonna feel it out when I get the bed off. This is gonna be tricky because I don't wanna weld the axle shock mounts yet until I cycle it. Because if I weld at the wrong angle could mess with the limited shock lengths I have available

Ya my plan is to tack at a neutral position... horizontal with the ground... then measure and see what my numbers are and where they compare to kings

Some of those were decent hucks;) and yes I know I have a tree problem... I'm working on it

No clue yet... I'm gonna see how much room I got in there first. Probably a simple 10 or 12" with resi. I like the look of the resi that's attached tho. More or less, that's what Micah is for at DSM:)

From what I've seen messing with mine. You can't fit 12s unless the leafs will do it and even then you'll have to move and modify the top mount.

More than likely the leafs won't do it anyways

Well i mean with the TC mounts. I have them just not installed.

To me it seemed like you could modify them a bit and slide the upper mount up on the arch of the rear frame more. Then you could probably fit a 12''. or close to it if you needed too. Plus be at a more vertical angle.

This does ruin any possibility of running TC's hydro bump kit though.

Agreed... would also get closer to bed I'd bet too. Tc makes quality stuff, I'm gonna mount them where intended and roll with it. Anything will be better then billies lol

    Well good^^^^

Today I got my old frame plates off. Glad I did this... found some first Gen cancer.... it's all solid still but in one spot towards the right side. The water and dirt for wheeling sat in the factory shock mount on the inside of the frame and rusted it in that one spot. Looks like I gotta patch that up before I plate this and box it.... no project is ever straight forward smh....
