Those TC brackets use 1.25" mounts and not the standard 1.5"?

To be honest I offered to measure.... and Micah said no need he was gonna make a call over to TC for me and get the details on how the brackets are built. It was the easiest phone call for parts I've ever made.

The black circular marks will be there the first, maybe second time he flex's it. I more worried about that Resi Bridge failing with no support at the end of the resi were the tire will hit it.

@lotsoftoys Get a piggy back mount kit for the end of that resi!

I'm betting it don't hit, but we will see! Had to rebleed today and replace rear axle seals. Welded shock mounts and the directionsecond said the heatime could damage the seals... easy fix. Brakes feel wayyyy better. Can't wait to get it on the dirt and see how the rear bias works with front.

Shock wouldn’t fit inside the mount? Or shock doesn’t sit close enough to frame?

Mounts are too close to the frame.

Plus if you put a 2.5 outside the frame in Amy aspect with a stock width axle on a 1st gen you will rub the shocks no matter what.

Right on, ya I got 2.5s but I got quite a bit of clearance I haven’t had it rub yet, I think willbeck? Has king 2.5 piggyback with solo kit, an like 3.75 backspacing wheels he said he’d only need a .5 spacer, but he only rubs on the resi. He might of been fine with remote resi

But I’m pretty sure I have more backspace and running 10.5 tires

    Are you a 1st gen?

Will rubs a lot on his shocks.

Yep 1st gen, his pics didn’t look too bad an he didn’t seem to concerned, can’t be that bad. But I’m pretty sure I have more offset than him an skinnier tires

Well u guys called it. It rubs but barely.... almost at full stuff. Right rear tire was starting to get lite and l/r bump stop was starting to compress. Maybe an inch more or so until the r/r comes off the ground. I think my wheels are hurting me the most but oh well. All I can do now is go to 1.5" spacers. More then that I think is kinda ridiculous. Or I could swap wheels but I don't want to. Finally just put together a set of 5... it's amazing how nice this thing rides now.
Need to get it on the dirt! And this new brake system is bitchin too, can't wait to dial it in.
