Had loud whistle at highway speed on my 2011 Access Cab Tacoma. I climbed up and found a deep channel running across the cab just above the windshield. I stuffed a length of rope in that big channel, full with of the cab, and the loud whistle was gone.
I have lots of air noise at the top rear corners of the cab, sounds like it is above the rear doors.
Anybody have a fix for this one?

I work at a dealer. We have found issues with the front windshield seal making noise. Under warranty we are having the seals replaced at a glass repair shop. tape off the rubber seal on the outside of the windshield. it follows the edge around the sides and top of the window, if the sound goes away thats your problem. There may be a tsb at this point I don't know for sure.
