loud bang / thud/ clunk in rear when flexing

hi, 2009 reg cab 4x4 full OME lift, getting a really loud bang/thud/clunk out of the rear under any flex, doesn't have to be maxed out or even close, never does it on the road only off that i've noticed. had a look and everything is tight, bushings on leafs all look good, exhaust hangers are good, no broken leafs, shocks are solid, spare tire as is tight, bed is empty. truck feels solid. the thought is maybe the slip yoke is doing this? sometimes is seems like it can be felt under the centre if the truck, sometimes just noise. my driveshaft does to the grinding that the reg cab single piece drive shaft is know to do once lifted. have a technical thought about this?

but if you have a camera mount it down under the truck and see if something is binding upon flex.
or have some drive your truck up on a hill and you check under
good luck
