    For fogs OEM Lexus LEDs are the best.

    Can I use H9's as low beam. Will they have same pattern, only brighter? I think I have read somewhere that there are two tabs that have to be shaved off the H9's and they will fit?

    Check out post #2, if using an H9 swap the Philips H9 is the recommended option. They will be much brighter and you only need to trim one internal plastic tab on the bulb to make it fit.
