low pressure AC switch 2015 Tacoma

    There is no low pressure switch only a high pressure cutout switch, the evaporator temperature sensor is used for compressor cycling to prevent freezup.
    What kind of issue are you having?

    Actually there is such a switch but it is a combination high/low switch. If you have a V6 It is located on the high pressure line outlet from the very bottom of the condenser rearward along the aluminum tube near the power steering reservoir and it is called out as Pressure No. 1 Switch. It has part number 88645-04060. The compressor will not engage unless there is sufficient charge in the system and that is the low pressure function of the switch.

    It is a PSHL with dual settings that is intended to detect a LOW pressure on the HIGH side and a HIGH pressure on the HIGH side; so there is no "low pressure line" separate switch. But that's splitting hairs LOL. Here are the setpoints
