suspension and armor

ok so i have a 2005 6 speed and recently i noticed when im in low range 4x4 and im moving and push the clutch in it almost sounds like marbles or something similar. anybody have any advice or similar experience. i have the 100k warranty but like to have some ammo when dealing with the dealership.
