I want to lower 2014 6 cylinder suspension by 6" for work purposes. Can this be done? Thanks for any insights.

OP, why not just get a non PreRunner...

The PreRunner is 6 lug, the base is 5 lug. If you want to lower a 5lug, there would be a lot more options...plus it sits a little lower already...

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
Surte, it can be lowered. 6" might be impossible but we can get close...

Just get a pair of adjustable coil-overs to lower the front 1-2" and then re-mount the leaf-springs under the rear axle. That would lower the rear about 4.5-5" with stock springs. Then put on low profile tires to shave another 1-2".
