For Sale: $8000 obo, located 48108. Selling to fund my Tacoma project!

    2004 Chevrolet Blazer ZR2
    Aluminum block LS V8 swapped
    manual trans, manual t-case

This is the blazer configuration GM should have made from the factory, with all the extras you could want.
I bought this Blazer bone stock 8 years ago and have painstakingly built it up to what it looks like today.

Every single factory feature works great: A/C, power steering, cruise control, all factory gauges, etc. No dash lights, no tape covering up any dash lights. Even the original cassette tape deck works (bluetooth cassette tape included-yes it works great)

The v8 wire harness and original v6 wire harness have been seamlessly integrated together and are driven off a reprogrammed (via HPTuners) original blazer PCM.

I will include the HPTuners cable and suite which has this blazer unlocked with the sale of the truck.

I have taken this rig on more weekenders and weeklong trips than I can count.

The perfect size for 2 people + dog, have comfortably slept in the rear with the back seat folded flat in half those trips (warmer than a tent in the winter!)

Perfectly capable offroad as-is, it has completed many solo adventures including a full loop of the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway, multiple weekends at Drummond island, mountains and beaches of North Carolina, all over the UP and much more.

I would not hesitate to daily drive or take this across the country tomorrow.

    Quick list of features:

    2004 ZR2 Blazer (175k miles on odometer/body)
    rare non-sunroof model
steel cowl hood (needed to clear some v8 features)
aluminum block 5.3 V8 (LM4 from 2004 Envoy XUV, 133k miles on motor when I swapped into the blazer which at the time had 158k miles) Stock internals, running flex fuel injectors for future overhead room for a cam (currently stock cam)
5 speed manual trans (NV3500) with short shifter
Manual cable shifted t-case (converted NP233)
Bravada 1 pc shaft Iron case front differential (stock on 5 spd blazers)
    custom rear diff cover protection
    1 ton idler arm swap
full custom mandrel bent exhaust from manifolds to rear exit tailpipe. dual 2.5" borlas to a single quietflow and exit
bastard leaf spring pack to handle the extra weight comfortably
Steel armor: hand fabbed front and rear bumpers, rear with swing-out tire carrier including a good spare front hub. Have plenty of winching/recovery history on these bumpers
front and rear 2" hitch recievers
trailer brake controller and 7 pin wiring/connector at rear bumper
    Knaffle weld-on sliders
    Aluminum skid plates
Smittybilt X2O winch with synthetic rope
custom roof rack with integrated LED light bar (adjustable height) and camp/reverse lights. Mounts for maxtrax pin and quick fists for shovel are integrated into the sides of rack.
KC spot beam and PIAA driving beam aux lights on front bumper
hard wired in Garmin GPS unit
    hard wired in CB radio
extra USB and cig lighter outlets switchable between ign on and const on
rear seat delete for storage cubbies (original seat and both rear headrests will be included, and is a 5 minute bolt-in swap)
Hi-lift jack and mount maxtrax pin mounts (maxtrax not included)
    quick fist mounted shovel
31x10.5R15 Duratracs on camaro Z28 wheels
oversized aluminum throttle pedal face (more comfortable driving barefoot in the dunes/beach)
Extra OEM features added: 3 button homelink panel, keyless entry fob x2

Phenomenal deal man - honestly if this had been available when I was looking I would have bought it. IN the correct area will sell fast as shit. My next build will hopefully be a FJ62 with a 6.0 or 6.2 and NV!
