LSD in a 2015 4cyl?

    hey guys. May be a dumb question - first time on the forum. Just wanted to know if my 2015 access cab - 4wd - 4cyl has a LSD. I’m replacing the diff oil this weekend and just wanted to be sure before I crack it open.

    No, standard GL5 oil for your truck. LSD hasnt been used in our trucks since 2008.

    The limited slip is computer controlled and not in the diff. You'll be fine.

    The additive is fine in a non-lsd diff. I run it most fluid changes, as that's what's most readily available.
