I got a job where I work outside and take a lunch in a little cooler deal, have been doing so for a couple weeks now.

It’s not terrible, but ham sandwiches are getting pretty old. I know someone out there has to be in a similar situation as me.

    What do you guys eat?

A good thing now and then is Taco Bell tacos, bought the day before and kept in fridge all night. Put in cooler in morning, eat at lunch with a little hot sauce. Honest, they’re friggin good. Healthy, no. Fancy, no. Snob-resistant, no. Convenient and tasty, yes.

    I would do:
    Salads
    Cottage cheese
    Cheese sticks
Strips of grilled chicken or steak
    Raw veggies
    Nuts
    Fruit
And honestly, I’d probably suck it up and eat a lot of cold leftovers.

Its best for a medical condition of mine if I avoid gluten and processed foods so sandwhiches and prepackaged snacks would be out for me. Id have to get really inventive or just not be picky.
