magnaflow exhaust, will it fit?

i just ordered a magnaflow exhuast threw summit racing, it should be here in 5 days, and now that i ordered it im wondering if it will fit, my truck is a 2007 tacoma reg cab short bed 2.7, the exhaust is for a 2007 tacoma ext or crew cab, i could not find an exhaust for a reg cab, i would assume everything is the same except for the pipe going from the muffler to the cat, im thinking i can just cut it to make it fit!? any advice from any one!? the hangers for the muffler and tailpipe should be the same, im really hoping i dont have to send it back! any advice will help!
