Major Differences

Hey guys just bought a new 08 Toyota Tacoma access cab 4x4 2.7l 5 speed. Went through a rain storm the other day with the truck and realized the vehicle did not have the OEM Intermittent wipers. After some searching i found: http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=188195
Which based on your mods section some of you are already familiar with. My question is when i searched around for the parts everything was 05-07 Tacoma's is there any reason these parts wont work with the 08. Most places don't accept returned electronic equipment so before I commit I just wanted to make sure. Same question for the cruise control mod.

Also just in general any huge changes between 06-08 just downloaded a factory service manual for the 05-06

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

 

Welcome to the site! I guess those parts will work fine in the 08, if i'm wrong someone will correct me....

 

It's the same for 05 to 08 so far.

 

Maybe I don't know what Intermittent wipers are but my 08 has 3 settings (lo/med/hi) and then 3 sub settings (slow/med/fast). I have not used them yet but they are there. are these settings considered "Intermittent Wipers"
