Going through your build... nice stuff, minus the Trail Fail parts which bothered me during my SAS build. All of their stuff has since been changed out.

One of the many things I was told by 4WU while during my SAS... I should've gone with the flat high steer knuckles.

Still working through my SAS details and may contact FROR to change both out. The PS was drilled incorrectly and hits on while attempting full lock steer to the left.

    Nice build here.

Thanks. Didn't really have a choice with going with anything besides trail gear because everyone else was out of stock. Looks like it'll all work for me. Looking foward to seeing it all done! You got a nice truck too! I like how the links makes it sit lower. I like the leafs too haha

Well a somewhat productive day. Dropped the hubs off to get machined down so the tacoma rotor will fit over them. Finished welding the frame plates and grind them smooth. Got the steering box mount cut and welded on. Made a truss for the axle and steering stop reinforcment caps. Also got the transfer case mounts cut and drilled for bushings. hmm what else... Got my third member with 4.88s and detroit locker for the front and few other things from lowrange.

Some pictures cause who doesnt like pictures?

Ive been doing some/most of the welding and grinding and grinding while my dad makes templates and cuts them out on the cnc table. Works out pretty well.

Also, shipped these to their new owner today! Hope they enjoy!

Kind of took half the day off. Sold the stock seats and just kind of relaxed since ive been busy at work and working on the truck but got some small things done. Got the new oil pan on and drilled out the two bolts I broke while taking the exhaust off. Really cant do much more till I get my shackles for the front. Hopefully they come Monday. Will swap firewalls and start building the axle tomorrow though.

Radiant Red for the win! It has a lot of blemishes up close (hail, pin stripping, scratches) . I like the clean white you have going on. White body with black accessories go together well.

Can never go wrong with black and white. Debating on doing the hood black or atleast the middle of the hood body lines. Still undecided

I was debating weather to do the crawlorado hood cover, but decided against it. I think paint entirely comes into effect when doing that mod. Totally on personal preference. Do you have a roof mounted light bar?

Yeah I will see in the hood. Nah no light bar on the roof. Always thought that was to "bro" looking and everyone has one now. May mount a 20 inch on the roof rack in the Fairing for the tent once I put that on though. Still undecided. I've barely used the lights i have now.

Forgot to post the update yesterday. No big deal, didnt get much done. Still waiting on the front rear shackles that go in the frame to start doing the suspension.

Yesterday was just a cleaning day. Cleaned a bunch of parts so I could get the axle built.

Today I got a lot done. Since the shackles wont be here till next week, we decided to start making the truck 4wd. Got the inchworm prerunner adapter installed and mocked up the transfer case. Adapter was pretty painless except that the instructions where pretty bad but its pretty straight foward. The dual transfer cases fit no problem and should have the cross members in for them tomorrow.

Also picked up my hubs from the machine shop and started to add some armor to the axle. Looks pretty beefy to me. Will get better pictures once I finish welding it. Dont want it to warp!

And my dads truck jeep because he needed to flex it out before he went to moab to make sure everything cleared with his new axle.

Long day today. Got the transfer case on the jack and in its spot, Drilled the holes for the shifters and got the crossmembers all tacked up. Tomorrow I will make a template for mounting plate and skid plates and hopefully get the axle all welded up. Still waiting on the shackles to show up to start on the suspension.

Another long day. Working 1am to 9am then working on the truck all day makes ya tired. Got the transfer case mounts all welded. Just have to finish the welds on the frame and put another coat on the supports. Axle is finally all welded as well. Will probably put it together pretty soon.

Finally got the transfer case and crawl box in. Will install the shifters next week. Will also make a template to cut out some skid plates.

Over my head some with sas builds, but what's the crawl box for? My guess would be low gearing or something?
