Let me know what you find! I'm thinking I'm going to need around 3" bs for 315s with the ifs in order to get rid of frame rub. I know a couple guys on here are at 3.5" and say they rub frame slightly, but I don't want to get hung up on the frame at full lock.

Got the twin sticks and crawl box shifter in with boots. Will make some plates to cover the tops to make it look a little cleaner.

Been working on the axle all day... Doing a setup nobody has done a write up on is hard. Will be making a write up for the next person so they dont have to go between multiple links to figure it out. 1985 axle and knuckles, Front Range Tacoma Brake mounting kit, 1990 4runner hubs, and Tacoma calipers and rotors... Think I finally got it though.

So I need to get new c-clips that hold the hub and clips on to the axle shaft before putting the dial on. Rock auto has them for 3 dollars each plus shipping but just curious if anyone knows if autozone or pep boys or o'reily will have them?

That front spring hanger looks like it could use some gussets back to the reinforced portion of the frame.

Thanks man. She sat on her new tires today! Found 4 BFG all terrians 315/75 for a decent price on craigslist. They only had like 500 miles on them cause the guy was going to 33s. SO got them and a spare and had to get new rims cause old ones where to narrow.

Not much room to gusset it on the outside of the frame so we cut a frame plate to go around the inside of the frame around the bracket.

    Congrats!!
I'm debating whether to pull the trigger on ko2's in 315/75r16 right now. I saw you were poking around on the ko2 thread, so I figured I would ask. I've become hesitant over the last couple weeks as some guys think a 315 AT tire is impractical. I'm convinced they will perform well, just undecided. With that in mind, how do you like them (aesthetically I guess haha).

Theres some pictures of them. I think they look great and for what I want, I think they will work. 1 315/75/16 Ko2 and rim weigh less than 1 of the 285/75 general tires alone so I think that will help with my mpg and side wall flex. We will see how they do. Im convinced they will be fine.
