Yeah. Mill is 3 phase. Used the vfd to make it single phase 220. Still need to make a mount for it though. It’s the cheapest one on Amazon and seems to work well.

New bumper is done and threw my new grill on. Built the bumper off the old grill and new one lines up a little different so lines are perfect but it’ll do. Need to figure out new headlights. Open to suggestions. Almost thinking of ordering a 4 in hid round light and putting it in there. Not a huge fan of the look of theee led lights.

What about just putting vinyl stickers like race trucks / cars? Then you could put more functional lighting anywhere?

That was a thought and then just run a slim light bar on the bar across the winch. I ended up mounting those led ones I have and making a cut out in the aluminum. It doesn’t look bad but it’s mot my favorite. If I can learn to tig weld I’ll cut some more aluminum and make a bezel and I think that would make it look a lot better

Well got one mocked up. I’m not sure if I like it yet but I’ll do the other side and park it outside for a day and see what I think. The aluminum will be held on with a kc cuclone light that goes where the factory marker light was. I feel like it needs something else but I’m not sure what.

and before you say put the factory light back in, it doesn’t fit right and they angle which I think is 10 times worse. If I could find a way to cut the back of the stock housing off and put a bulb in I’d do that but haven’t found one yet that’s skinnier

If you do go that route make sure you paint the aluminum plate white so it looks like your truck has eyes.

Exactly what they are haha. I wanted lp6s but didn’t want to pay the price. These are the closest at 5 inches tall.

Lights are in and wired. Ordered some kc cyclone lights for turn signals. I’ll paint the panels after I drill holes for that when those come. I ended up making the opening round which I think makes it look a lot better. They are bright lights and I may need to make a cover for them or tint them

Got some goodies for the tow rig. Thuren springs and fox shocks to level it out and also got an inter cooler guard I still need to paint and install. Looks so much better leveled but now time to save for wheels and tires 75746B32-D56E-4E8C-B01D-5A55BED5848A.jpg62CF3843-9CF4-4FCF-AABE-1B897FF390EC.jpg40038DDA-7163-4752-8AEB-5ED34835E644.jpg

Got the center console panels bead rolled and the passenger side one mounted. Going to get the driver side one done and some cup holders in the top piece and then it’s just change the rear bushings and it’ll be ready for trail hero

huge respect to guys good with sheet metal. All though bead rolling went better than I thought, there’s still a ton of time in layout etc.

Center console is done. Not bad for my first try. It’s not perfect but should work well 2154C634-6BE1-4F37-93C3-E23653896FD1.jpgD45C662D-BD7C-4ED9-874B-FFD3ECF30391.jpgC22565C4-17BE-4C88-9CF7-1D495F4DB06D.jpgC5C29260-AD9A-4A6B-8295-1452C5E3DD8C.jpg02EFAB76-1B78-4EC0-B599-1CBBE29015E0.jpg
