Ok, yeah I finished up the xmember tonight and put it on. Its def sketch. Now thats its all on im not liking the look of the case hanging so far on some little studs. Just looks like a failure waiting to happen. Gonna add another bar for t case. Btw, i used shackle poly bushings cause i had laying around and they seem super flexy. im not liking them with the solid mounts on motor at all. Do you know if the yellow or red ones are harder than the black ones I have?

I’ve always just used the shackle bushing mounts as well with a sleeve with no issue. I’m sure if you got on like energy or synergy they have a tougher compound or turn some down out of deril or something more rigid if it concerns you. Main thing is making sure all the mounts are the same rubber compound from the motor to the tcase so it “shakes” in sequence lol

Im solid on the motor but I read that you want a little cushion in the back mount because the aluminum flexes so much in the trans and case and it keeps from cracking housings if you are making a bunch of torque. Otherwise, I would add a solid sleeve to the xmember.

I have no experience with solid mount stuff. Maybe post something in the long travel bs thread. A lot of them solid mount everything but I would assume the same, you want something to give to keep it from cracking/ripping the mounts apart

No real updates. Been busy with house and life stuff. Picked up a new trailer but it needs a new tongue so I’ll post on that some. House got some snow and we went and played in it. Closest to snow wheeling I’ll ever get probably. 0C0475BB-660B-40E2-8248-11DDE9970BA0.jpgC9160BD8-40C9-44CE-818F-5A2CD04B7806.jpg

Random question, what spring rate did you go with on your coil overs? I'm looking to get my springs soon.

Literally didn’t take a single picture. The old lady came and grabbed a video so just a screen shot. Had a good time especially since it’s been a while. Camper worked well besides battery dying which didn’t let the heater run. Overall a good overnighter and day wheeling and first time I’ve taken the dog and he did really well too.

I use the full 2.5x14 in shock but limited it with a 2 inch shorter strap cause my steering binded. So probably 13 inches of travel I guess since the strap has stretched some? 6.5 inches of uptravel.

Picked up a new trailer. 22ft 14k tilt deck pj. Guy jack knifed it and bent the tongue super bad so been working on replacing that. 9660E4FA-5C06-4335-BAB9-9816CF54B467.jpgC6EF601B-D236-479D-A294-3D86682EA656.jpgE51D4EFB-F90F-42A6-9D43-67E6826CBC72.jpg2B962D65-2606-400B-8980-026D2822BED8.jpg

Picked up a utv plow and a quick detach plate for the skid steer to help with plowing. See how long it lasts. All the spray cans were frozen so don’t mind the paint. Also made some Plexiglass sides and back to keep some of the cold out

Slick. I gotta make a skid steer adaptor for my backhoe so I can use all the small attachments.

Finished up the trailer. Got a box in the tongue. Last thing to do is fix the lights that don’t work and a drive over support. 0CB7C053-3CBE-4D10-AF0D-382E18E2F2BF.jpg 7525BE6F-89AD-4B4D-A710-5A8592EDDBD8.jpg 3373A550-A6EB-4D2D-891F-59031B3BEE1A.jpg 45637039-B4F6-472A-865C-16641365EB06.jpg
