What if the slipping you are feeling is through gears 3,4,5 and 6? Do you think this TSB still applies? I'm under the 3yr 36000miles coverage.

Shaydog, if it's a slipping feeling this tsb is not for you but you may have a burned up clutch from riding it. Or just a peice of shit clutch, The problem with that is the dealer would have to charge u 100$ took diagnose it.!! I'd say time for new clutch and if your under 3yr 36k miles it may still be covered under your factory comprehensive warranty. Not 100% sure on that buddy

Hey sambojee, I had this clunk sound also but it had nothing to do with this tsb. I climbed under my truck to see if I could see anything loose. And low an behold I noticed one of my U-Joints was different looking than the other and I took it to the dealer and they said no it's fine. 4 days later it was even worse so I took it back and told them again and they said. Oops it needs replaced. I'd recommend checking the U joints first or if your not mechanically savvy just ask a friend or uncle or brother who is.... I hate my dealership because they have people who don't care about your car that work there just like drones. Never buyin Toyota again.

We'll see what they say tomorrow. Either way, I have a URD Stage III on the way. I need more then 32000miles from a clutch.

If you do fall into this TSB you will know, as your truck will not move... if this TSB does not apply the warranty on your clutch is I believe around 10k. If you do have this TSB done make sure they use the New revised Disc and pressure plate. you are still able to get the old parts theres still lots of them out there.
