manual side mirror adjusters

    2003 Toyota Tacoma RWD Base Model 5 Lug
    Nerf bars and topper
    The adjusters on both passenger and driver side are pretty bad and they are too easy to move around. The wind will even blow the mirrors around after setting them properly. So, the tiny joystick knob on the inside of the door just seem super loose, sloppy and ineffective. Are there any easy mods to tighten the adjust on these?
