I have heard that by putting a high grade synthetic oil in you transmission that it will shift smoother especially in very cold temperatures. I was wondering if anybody has done this?..... And if so is it worth it???

I use Mobil 1 in all my manual trannies (eccept my Dodge which takes AUTO tranny fluid in its manual ) and have had good luck with it. Makes the tranny less notchy. :)
