A little of this and a little of that.
    Looks correct.

FYI-remove the fill plug first. Use 6 point sockets. Not a bad job to do.

I've seen it happen where someone drains a transmission, transfer case or rear diff and then can't get the fill plug out. Not fun.

Be careful you don't strip those out when reinstalling. Use a little Teflon tape and just snug. I don't know the torque but you're screwing into aluminum.

There’s a torque spec in the sticky section at the top of the thread.

Yes sir, I have also seen that happen. Bad day.

There are crush washers for each plug. Replace those and tighten to the proper torque spec.

Is doing a manual transmission fluid swap just like doing the transfer case and diffs? (Drain it all out and fill it until it starts to come out of the fill hole)

I know the crush washer is the 'proper' way to do it but I like Teflon tape. IF you don't get it tight enough, I like to think the TT will keep it from vibrating back out. It's just always been my preference.

I ordered redline MT90 as that’s what most people seem to run is it superior fluid?

Idk about it being superior but many (including myself) run it, it improves cold shifting for some.

I put redline gear oils in my transmission, transfer case, and both diffs when my truck had 15k on it, I'm at 70k now. Definitely improved the shifting of the trans for me especially when it's cold, most people seem to be satisfied with the 5 speed with factory fluid but the 6 speed for some can be a bit notchy.

In my 2.7 5 speed I just get whatever synthetic is cheapest and it works fine.

I agree with @Dm93 that Redline is good fluid. I also “felt” improved shifting when I was using it.
