    I've been in IT since college and it pays the bills. It's stressful as fuck becuase when shit breaks, all eyes are on me as thousands of dollars in system downtime is charged. I'm looking to specialize down into package and deployment in SCCM. This is something I really enjoy becuase I've worked so closely with it for years. As a sys admin you are a jack of all trades. You do desktop, software, network and telecom.

    Yea, we have Cisco Call Manager but my dealing with it is on the physical side and troubleshooting. Our Network Engineering team runs the Call Manager itself.
