    So I looked all over the internet for an anodized Al bracket with a 1" hole on one side and a 3/8" on the other. Found all sorts of things. These are a fork mounted brake line holder for a Harley.

    There are probably more options out there.

    Since it opens, I put a little thin piece of rubber around the light and tightened it up. It's not going anywhere.
