    I've been looking at ECGS, it's about $2k for the front diff w/gear & arb + rear gear set. I would then still need to get install done.

    thanks for the links, the issue with the rear is I would need the gears only, as I already had an ARB installed a while back. And unfortunately this is my daily driver so downtime is no good. lol Looks as though I may either have to go through 4wp, or order everything through ECGS and have them install it.

    Well I'm looking at a 1400 difference right now, so unless I can find another shop to do the install for less, I'm kinda stuck. :( not a whole lotta options in Oakland. 4wp has been good to be thus far. although their pricing is on the higher side. And I have no where I could do the front install even if I wanted to do it myself. :( ( then I would still have to send the rear out somewhere. Everyday it just makes me want to get it over with, my truck is like a turtle driving around, lol so slow I have to keep it in 4 most of the time ( Auto )

    Yeah I'll try asking around. See what other shops are willing to do it.

    Thanks for all the help! This is about the biggest cost ( at one time ) I'll end up spending. I still want to do the FJ twin stick conversion later on!

    You need to make a couple day road trip and have yotamasters or Monkey proof install your clam and 3 rd member.
