    Yea it was fun i need skids so bad. Finally got to test out the winch in real time. I am just wondering at the angel, I was at if i should used my snatch block.

    very true. Just wondering if i should have used a tow rope to Josh bumper and did a double pull with the snatch block for more pulling power.

    I had to pull Josh(o'brian) up the last part of Pilot rock.

    10k pull on your winch I'm sure didn't strain it any. The extra pulling power for Josh's truck would've only been practice using a snatch block back to yourself. I agree with Juan about getting quality stuff, but your situation is going to dictate your tool. Did the winch have any issues? Did your truck slip any?

    No the winch did not have any issue. Yes the truck slipped a little, so i had to back up little cause the ground was soaked.

    Yeah, figured slipping by your truck just looking at those photos. I wouldn't have worried at that angle judging by that one photo. Still get the snatch block, though, for future use. Think I have two, but not kickass ARB ones.

    I have shitty bilt one.

    But it was good learning experiencing with the winch. I am so glad i have lockers, having open /open sux.
