Mine was ordered Jan 18th.... day before you did. I was told at 50+ business that it would be another 3 weeks..

and then at 65 business days (50 +3weeks) i was then told it would be anther additional 3 to 4 weeks

im now days away from that second commitment update which will be this wednesday (85 business days or 50 +7 weeks) and i havent received any shipping notice for it to be here by then.

Im waiting to hear if they are meeting that or if they will again update and tell me another delay. I wish i could just get the thing so i can make new campground reservations for Glacier, Yellowstone and Mt Rushmore/Badland before the season ends..... sucks i had to cancel the reservations i had because there is now no way i can get this bumper in time and install it and the LED lightbar along with the new winch i have and then realign the front end for the weight change in time for the june reservations i made last year. I also gotta put in my 6150s which have the clips preset for this additional weight which i cant yet do until the weight change.... sucks everything has been waiting on this order

keeping my fingers crossed for it to arrive very soon and fingers crossed i can then get reservations for late summer before season closes for the park campgrounds

and again, i wish they would have at least shipped the LED light bar so i could have gotten the harness pre wired into the vehicle and cut down the install time once the bumper arrives ...but they havent honored that request so i guess i have to wait and get the LED lightbar along with the bumper when they eventually honor my order

 

Dam I’m sorry to hear that man, I hope you get it soon. I’d be all anxious like a lil kid on Christmas hoping to get what I wanted.. I only ordered ditch light brackets and there site says they have stock.

 

Your bumper is in the welding queue Dino! Should come around quickly to the rest of the fabrication process and shipping out.

hey. I have questions.... I too received shipping notice from FedEx that a label was created. I ordered at the time where you had the promotional free LED lightbar included... but.... the shipment detail lacks detail:

Since Fedex details shows signature required and just 1 box at 83 lbs, I want to know if you’ve placed them together in the shipment or if led lightbar is separate from the bumper especially in the possible case where i could be expected to sign for a completed order, but find the LED lightbar missing or damaged when i open this single box and inspect the contents before signing.

from my end, this is the data i have to go on which it prompting my questions to you:

-The invoice on your website says order complete ..but it doesnt indicate how many boxes nor does it document any tracking numbers

-Fedex tracking emailed to me, "details" just 1 box at 83 lbs.

Q1. Does that mean they are shipped together in one box ?

-or-

Q2. is there/will there be.. a separate tracking number for the LED lightbar?

i received just the one tracking number and being such, i guess i would have expected 2 boxes listed by fedex or would have expected a separate tracking number for the lightbar to be emailed to me.....I guess maybe its possible and normal to put them in the same box and that i just need some schooling but I didnt expect them to be package together in one box (data suggests that) with one item being fragile and the other a massive heavy item...well...you know...have to ask ......

could you clarify please so i know what to expect?

and again ... thanks for pulling it back in and hitting the updated schedules... i know you are all working hard to recover from this crazy supply chain situation... but you guys are making headway and thats good news for your business. fyi... my company is paying penalties to our customers ..which are for just about every business jet we build and deliver lately ..you could imagine the leadtimes and parts and materials shortages that go into a custom 50 million dollar plus bizjet completion .... be glad you guys arent contractually bound with deadline penalties ... this admin is sinking this economy.. nobody wants chinese crap inferior products or chinese period.... and the white house needs to hear that.

im all about made in USA and you guys are that! very soon ill now be able to meet up with my buddies that already have your bumpers and look like i belong.. ha. ... and then off on a much awaited road trip to a few national parks before winter comes ....im making my new reservations tomorrow. woohoo..... my bumper is coming!!!!!! YEAH !!!!!

(i better keep my voice down so the taco doesnt hear, if i remote started it right now, it would probably start doing donuts on its own)

Your bumper will have the LED light bar in the box with it!

Dear Dino,

Your bumper is a little different to make than his 12-15. Your bumper is a tube bumper, which is a little more intensive to make and ship. His bumper ships via Fedex (box). You're we have to wrap, crate and wait on LTL. So there may be a few business day difference between the nature of your bumper/shipping.

All they did was keep my hopes up by only making a shipping label. Package was supposed to arrive yesterday but from my understanding of fedex is that the sender only made a label but never sent anything out. Now I shit outta luck cuz this Saturday that I’m going camping and guess no ditch light mount to mount my rigid pods. Guessing these are made in China since it seems like a waiting gamewhen you order shit from China. So, Lee @SouthernStyleOffRoad what’s going on, Honesty is key too good business. So please be real. Also I sent you a email in the morning and yet no reply.

 

I know it’s disappointing for sure. Hopefully we all get our items soon.

I’m sure they are in business. Times are really tuff right now. IMO for me I need to be more patient. Lead times are crazy nowadays as you all know. I hope we all see great end results with our purchases

Insulating the smart cap and dressing out the bumper temporarily before I permanently install … Cant wait to get them on and do my late summer early fall road trip to badlands mt Rushmore Yellowstone grand tetons Zion then back to socal
