That sucks dude.... If your looking for a flat black you can plastidip in Black to get an idea of the color then peel it off and try the other color

 

Well its not suprising there in rough shape for 13yrs old.probably just wire brush and or Emory cloth them and hit it with some paint and see how they look .

 

I have some 2010 Trd offroad stock wheels you can buy for cheap if you want em just trying to get ride of em before the move. Pm me if interested

 

Thanks but I believe those are 17s and my 1st gen has 16s with very low miles on my tires so not looking to get new tires for awhile.

Its not really a big deal that there pitted .really just looking for a excuse to do some cheap to them now .so with the green what would look better the black or anthracite

 

Black would be easier. There is gun metal grey plasti dip too

 

I always like bronze and green. Like the WRX bronze.

Hey I know we have a few cops here, in MD if you rear end a vehicle with no brake lights is it still your fault? Nothing happened, I realized this vehicle didn't have brake lights tonight. Made me think of it. I know it would mostly become a he said she said thing but I have a dash cam.

 

Incase you are wondering I was able to inform her at the next traffic light.

 

I would certainly let my lawyer know the no tail light fact. Was there an officer on the scene and did he know as well? Basically I think you are hosed but with Judges you never know how they will rule.

Never would have thought the side air bags could go off from working on the floor. So before you do anything I guess its a safe idea to Disconnect the battery.

Yea I hadn't even thought about them when I tore apart the inside of my truck numerous times.... Guess I was lucky, I'll have to remember to disconnect the battery from now on. I have to drop the head liner here shortly.

 

Remember that the guy had the key in the ignition and was listening to the radio. I think most of us work on the interior without the key being on and the interior powered up.
