I don't understand this sentence. You put it back together everyday? Not much of a tear down if you have enough time to do that to a DD everyday. However, when you say, "i tear it down when i have time" it implies you don't tear it down everyday. Wtf is going on.

Frankly I wouldn't bother tearing it down to check on stuff. Ignorance is bliss with this build. Run it till it breaks then torch it where it stops and move on to another truck.

Haha. You still dont get it. Its not who you are, but what you do that defines you as a fuck tard. That cage ? Really ? Look at it. Its for slow speed roll overs, at best. You think that "S" A pillar will hold up to your sick ass construction sites, much less a "race legal" application? Its everything you do. You like to go against the grain and do what you think is best, despite what others have told you. Either stop asking questions, or listen to what other experienced fabbers have to say. Dgaf your tools, or your experience. You need to take your time and read. Read again, then read some more. Your suspension is dog shit. Go spend a few bucks on material to make a, real jig, then build an arm from scratch. Make your templates out of poster board or thin, non corrugated cardboard. This isnt something you jump into kid. It takes time and $. Go slow, s ax ve for ok tools, bender, decent welder ect. If you take your time, you CAN make your own anything. Stop cutting corners.

Everyone on here applauds ingenuity and effort however, when someone makes something unsafe it's everyone's moral obligation to chime in because they don't want to see innocent people hurt. With that being said, suggestions to help someone make it safe that are completely disregarded and mocked lose all credibility and props, which is what you are seeing now

Well my shit works bitch. You should ask yourself why my garage fab that isn't up to your standards pisses you off so much instead of typing a short novel hating on some kid whos building a truck. Your probably a 30 year old man sitting at your computer, whos never built a real truck in your life, and lurks on offroad websites pretending like you know your shit.

I completely agree with this. And i did actually do what a lot of reputable fabricators told me. My welding was shit, yes, but since i listened to people who have built kits before and do know their shit, my first kit is still holding together and driving. I am making a new kit with what ive learned and been taught, my welding has also gotten alot better. My arms are not high tech, they dont have perfect geometry, but they are strong, simple, get me in the dirt, and work. My fabrication will only get better from here. Ill build more and more intricate stuff one at a time. People are used to seeing perfectly welded and laser cut stuff, mine is not either of those. I post my stuff to show that this is possible to do on a budget and is not as tough as people like jeffz would like to make it out to be.

Camber had nothing to do with the arms, it was the steering rack.

Isn't this what you are doing? I don't understand your logic...you have some of the top fabricators on this thread giving you advice and you talk shit to them...you poorly modified someone else's design that was made to reduce costs but still work, dtf built his ground up with no idea what stock geometry was. You say yours works, if you mean it can sit on all four than yeah it works but in terms of long travel and hucking it, you fall very short, you couldn't even make it through whoops cause you have nothing to tune to work and if you could tune it then the arms would snap on the simple physics of leverage, the lever action is mounted on your "modified"/weakest point. So instead of telling everyone they are wrong and your shit works maybe shut your mouth, take some advice and build yourself a real kit that won't end up killing you on a freeway somewhere and taking innocent people around you with you
