Hi folks, I am going to be sealing off the part of my fender liner that had to be cut away for the install of my front bumper. I would like to get some type of heavy gauge material in there, much like the two pieces of rubber / hypalon type material that is on either side of the top of the shock mount adjacent to the frame and fender liner, held in place by pop-snaps.

Any idea what stuff is? Obviously heat and weather resistant it seems to be...
