    Vehicle:
    Tacoma, TRD/Off-Road, 4X4
Bilstein 5100 Series Struts & Shocks (Struts set 2.25", Stock Coil-overs). 1" Rear Leaf Spring Blocks. Throttle Body Spacer. K&N, High Flow-Air Filter. Toyota, OEM, TRD, Cat Back Exhaust (tail pipe cut off, behind muffler, installed 3"OD X 5"L X 45 deg, turn down, dumped prior to axle). Toyota, OEM, Running Boards. Bora, 1" hub-centric wheel spacers. Mud flaps & emblems removed. Satoshi grille (by Brian Roadruck).
I have a 2011, Tacoma, TRD Offroad, automatic, I purchased new.
At 275 miles, the following changes were made:
Bilstein 5100 adjustable front shocks & 5100 rear shocks, installed.
Front, OEM coil springs, were re-used.
1" steel block installed under rear leaf springs (no rear leaf helper springs installed).
1" Bora wheel spacers, installed on front & rear.
Cat Back Exhaust System (made by Toyota) installed.
Airaid Throttle Body Spacer & K&N Air Filter, installed.

    Tires 265/70R-16

Current mileage is 14,350 mi (this is correct, truck not driven much).

A Tekonsha, Prodigy P3, Electric Trailer Brake, has been installed in the Tacoma.
I plan to purchase a steel, tandem axle, open trailer.
    I have a 1969, Camaro, that just finished a 19 month, frame-off, re-build, restoration.
I plan to show the Camaro, within a 550 mile radius of my home, in North Louisiana.

The trailer & Camaro will weigh 5265 lbs + 2 people & misc, Total of 5710 lbs
Will the Tacoma, TRD Offroad, pull a combined trailer weight, of 5710 lbs safely??
    Thank you for your time,
    Dean

I towed a 1979 f250 on a flat bed car hauler, total weight 5800lbs for 190 miles. It sucked, was pushing the tacoma all over the place and my engine Temps were running high. After that I've kept my top weight below 4500lbs.

Max taco tow rating is 6500 with the bigger engine and tow package. If you're rocking the 4 cyl it will be 3500. In any case id guess that pulling 6k with a taco would rank pretty low on my fun meter. Personally if i spent a couple years building a trailer queen i wouldn't use an open trailer. If i was ok with going that route id just drive it from event to event. And since id go enclosed, id want a better tow vehicle. Towing at or near capacity sucks. Been there more than once and hated it every time.
