I know right. That looked like it was pretty cool what you guys did. Good way to knock a bunch of shit out and get some good ideas for future mods.

Thanks I hope so. Mine are 17" and have 4.75" backspace which is the max allowed for the MaxTracs. So i should be good. You can always get wheel spacers like most people do with these. I'm going to try and not get them, but we'll see what it looks like. It's only 3/4" wider up front and i think it'll look cool.

All right allpro expo pack in the rear and maxtracs on 5100s set at 0 running TRD coils. From the ground to the fender right up the middle the front is an inch lower than the back. All in all not a hard problem to fix. Only question is

1: raise the 5100s 1 spot and keep TRDs
2: reuse my 1/2in spacer from my toytec lift

Well I got my spindle lift done yesterday and am STOKED!!! I have the 4" MaxTrac with 5100's set @1.75 , 1.5" aal, 2" tapered blocks in rear. It's sits just how I wanted it to, about 1" higher in rear and looks awesome imo. Took me ALL day (into night!)to do everything and I was BEAT!! The first side on rear kicked my ass! I forgot to clamp the springs before removing the old pin. Second side was less then an hour. Getting it aligned now. I will put in a 1" drive shaft spacer but it's not too bad right now. I almost didn't go with the 1.75 but so glad I did. Thanks K9cop for your help and advice (and for selling me the!shocks/springs!) I'll post pics later.

Glad to see you back down to 0. I don't know how some of the guys here tolerate the teeth-chattering ride from jacking up the bilsteins on 885's or 886's. Looks good, BTW!

    Premise
IIRC: the Maxtrac spindles cause the front wheels to stick out 0.75" further than the OEM spindle.

    Question
So why would it take a 1.25" or 1.5" inch spacer on the rear wheels to align them more or less equal with the front?

Well I had a 2 1/4" Pro Comp spacer spacer up front and 1" block in rear before i put this on. my measurements with that on was 23/23.5 up front and 24.5 in rear. Now i have those spacers removed and just the spindle as well as 5100's @ 1.75 and a 1/4" spacer drivers side (w/off-road springs) and 2" tapered block and 1.5"aal in rear and i am at 26" front 27" rear. I had just a slight vibration from 5-10mph and after putting in the OME cd drop spacer its gone. I was going to put a 1" driveshaft spacer in because its pulled about 1" out of tranny but since i dont have vibs i may just leave it alone. Now i have to figure out how to lower my headlights.

I have a 3" spacer & 2" block now & measure 23.5 front 25.5 rear & I'm about .75 high in the rear. I already have my spindles & trying to decide billies at .85 or 1.75, i like how 1.75 looks so I just need to figure out the rear. I'll be getting all pro standard springs courtesy of the insurance of the woman who hit me. Sounds like i may need a 1" block if i go 1.75.

Yeah thats weird that my 2 1/4" pro comp raised mine so high. I was happy with it but like you said, i was getting the same hight as a 3" spacer. I would def advise getting tapered blocks if using blocks. That way you shouldn't have to use shims and stuff. I was planning on getting some AllPros too because i didnt think this setup would be as high as it is but i love it the way oit is now so i'll prob stick with it. I have the MaxTrac ext shocks in rear that i also put on yesterday. They feel great but I'll prob get 5100s for the rear later on.

Just ordered my rear billies & brake lines today.
I was gonna do a 2" aal with my 2" tapered block but got hit last week & they said the right leaf spring needs replaced at $620 so I said why not all pros at $419 & he said he doesn't see a problem with that.
For now when I get my truck back I'll take out the spacers & install the spindles to level it back up, then I'll get my front billies & add a block to the rear. This damn wreck has thrown off my plans but I'll have a better rear end setup.

I dont know for sure but my guess is that the original lug studs are longer then 1" so 1.25" spacers are needed to clear the studs. You probably cant tell the small difference if it sticks out a little more in back. If you replace the rear studs with 3/4" length then you might be able to use a 3/4" spacer (may have to file ends down a tad).

That's a pretty good guess, thanks man. When I (eventually) install spacers to even the track I'll do some measurements to confirm.
