I'm not sure what the problem is running a wider track in the front. I know this is a more or less a 2wd thread, and I don't know how it is NOW, but I know on the 80's Chevys, they came stock with a wider track width in the front, so that the rear tires would grab fresh ground, and not just sink deeper into the ruts made by the front. I don't know how benificial this would be with a 2wd. But just my 2¢

That's a good idea. For me though, matching the front is purely an aesthetic preference.

Headstrong here. Great people low prices. Maxtrac has handled everything since then though. I like Marie and the guys at headstrong but the are just retailers and not an actual shop. But most of my stuff will come from them

Thanks for the response guys. Ill go with Headstronge. I know some of my questions to fallow have been addressed but please bare with these, as im a newb to the the lifting truck game.

Here is a pic of my truck as it sits.

Front-- LR Upper Control Arms, Bilstein 5100 set at 2.5, stock coils = Height 23.5"
Rear---- Bilstein 5100 Non Adjustable, 2" Toytec AAL = Height 25"

    Now for the newb Questions:

Other than the 4" Maxtrac spindles.. What else do I need for the front of the truck? Im unsure of weather to use stock coils with 5100 set at .85 or go with the eibach springs and 5100s set at 0. I want a legit 6" lift.
I dont like the bro lean.. Im more of a stink bug kinda guy.

What are the parts I need as for CB? drive shaft spacer? Angle?
    Brakelines extensions for rear?
Should I go with a different shock than 5100 on the rear?
My tires will be 285/70/17 Duratracs... Will that be big enough? I already have spidertrax spacer 1.25 all around. Any advise would be appreciated.

I just bought 4 inch maxtrac spindles with ext front brake lines, and for the rear I got a 2 inch block and billies. I was wondering if this setup will get me level or will i be sitting front end high?

    Should be level.

Actually could be rear high a tad. The spindles only yield about 3.5"

Just Lifted my truck after watching this forum for a couple of months.
    -Maxtrac Spindles
    -EMU Dakar leaf Pack
-5100's all around (Front Set at 2nd Notch)
    -1.25 Maxtrac Spindles
    -Extended brake lines all around.
I have a set of 315/75/16 that I'm waiting to put on but I have a couple of questions.

    1. Do I need to do the cab mount chop?
    2. Will 315's fit in the rear without trimming?

    Thanks Guys

Rear will be fine. The front is going to need the cab mount chop.
