Got any pics of your current setup. That's what I am thinking about going with. 4" spindle 2" block stock wheels and spacers

    Maybe yes & yes.
I have 5"'s of total lift. 4 from suspension/1 from tires.

I was skeptical of the spacers but thanks to BORNWILDGUY, SpruceTaco, Ricks2013 & a few others who convinced me, I did it. I have 3/4" driveshaft spacer & Spidertrax wheel adapters for the rear only so they can match the frint wheels offset due to the spindles.

I forgot who gave me this Brake line Bracket. Sorry.

UPDATE: I removed the carrier bearing drop kit. It didn't do anything. I installed 2 of those kits & it caused 60-70 mph vibes. I have no CB drop & have take off vibe but it's only a bit so I'm not stressing it.

So recently I spent around 600$ for new u-joins, carrier bearing, and transmission mount (didn't know I broke it lol). Any ways, so I also had bought a drive shaft spacer (1" spacer), but now my carrier bearing is always coming out of its rubber! I am constantly adjusting it to find a happy medium and I cant. Anyone else with a drive-shaft spacer have this problem? Or is it maybe a shity carrier bearing I was given?

Also have a small driveshaft vibe still. I emailed the guy about he told me either flipping the driveshaft 180* could help? Or it was another problem called phasing I believe he said in the email.

Early this year I had the dealership replace my entire driveshaft assembly. I had rusted & noisy U-joints & I didn't want to just replace the joints. My previous CB & my new one both have the same play. I've never heard of the symptoms you are having. I'd take it back to who ever did this & get it replaced.I flipped my CB also & it got worse for me so I placed it back in it's original position.

Hey what is your measurement from center Hub to bottom of fender in rear? Wow you have a 1.5" ds spacer? Dang I have about 5.5" of lift in rear( 28" from center hub to fender) and I only have a 3/4" ds spacer. I guess just different trucks??

    I have 5.5" of lift & only measure 27 1/4"
After the lift was done I measured from the edge of the silver part to the back side of the black & it was 1.5"
It looked just like the pic I posted, now with the spacer it's flush. When I had just 2" blocks it was out about .5"
Maybe it's the difference in trucks or maybe the All Pros move the axle back a little bit or combo of both, not sure.

That's exactly what size I have been looking at or the 255 85 16. How much rubbing and trimming did you have to do?

Had to trim a bit off of the rear of the fender flares in the front. I'll post up a pic in the daylight hours. Only noticeable when you're looking directly at it from behind the tire. Other than that, no rubbing and I regularly run thru off-camber ditches and stuff while hunting.

Good deal. So will I need a drive shaft spacer or carrier bearing drop with the spindles and blocks only? What about the driveline vibs are having, how do you get rid of that? I want to do this right all at once. I have a 2015 double cab short bed 4.0 auto.

If your just doing the spindles & a 2" block you shouldn't need a driveshaft spacer or carrier bearing drop but you will need longer rear shocks.
My first lift was a crapy 3" spacer lift with 2" blocks in the rear & I didnt need either of those. I kept the stock rear shocks & I could feel them top out(fully extended) from time to time on certain bumps ( on the street)when the rear end would drop.
This is with the crapy 3" lift & 285's no trimming & only rubbed in reverse at full lock. Just to give you another idea how it would look, 1" higher in front of course.

I like that look. The color of yours is sick too. I just traded in a lift 2012 Ram 2500 on 37's so I don't want to go too high but stock aint cutting either.

Thanks, I know how you feel. I traded my 05 Ram 1500 on 35's & there was no way I was leaving mine stock even though I told my wife I would. Haha

Spruce, I remember when I used to tell my wife "I'm leaving it stock honey". She didn't believe it in the beginning and she damn sure will not believe it now. Hahaha!

BTW, I noticed that both of you went from Full-size Dodges to Mid-size Toyota's. If you don't mind me asking, why? Also, were they 4WD? If so, do you miss NOT having 4WD? Do they have the same BS issues that I see some of the 4WD Tacomas have (switch not engaging, add not engaging, driveline vibe when lifted)?

I like the Full-size Dodges & Chevys over the Tundra & Ford (strictly talking looks here) but I love the fact that our Tacomas are so easy to drive/park anywhere, esecially living in the city. Also, I can go to certain off-road trails with my Pre-Runner that Full-Size 4WD don't fit through.

My '08 PreRunner, which I bought used on January 3, 2012, is the 1st truck that I've ever owned. It's been a great & fun learning experience!

    Thanks
