Ok so I fixed the ABS/Traction light problem after install. Since the only ABS thing I touched in the install was the sensors and wires coming from engine bay, I tackled the wires since the sensors looked fine when I installed them on the new spindles.

They are a two wire harness with connectors on each end running from the bottom of your spindle to the top of the UCA and into the engine bay (which you re-route when installing the spindles). I disconnected each side and removed them to check for continuity. My passenger side passed, but my drivers side did not pass! Actually both wires in the cable did not pass, so the entire cable was breached at some point.

Luckily since I'm an engineer, we got an x-ray inspection machine at my work which is used to inspect boards, antennas, cables etc...and I found where the cable was cut! Could not be seen from the exterior other than by an exterior mark from the stock zip ties/clamp mount (there were several marks). I figure it got yanked at a bad angle and the wires split from stretching when the suspesnion drooped.

Anywho I cut the wires and repaired it, same color wires too (light blue, white), heat shrunk over it all AND IT WORKED!! Takes a minute of running for the lights to turn off but they did. Was def not looking forward to going to dealer out of warranty and/or paying over $100 for this simple cable.

Cool thing is that now I know how to disable ABS and Traction control for offroading, jus disconnect either the passenger or dirvers side ABS cable. Doing it from inside the engine bay is easiest. I was going to incorporate a switch in the cable rebuild, but figured it'd be easy to just disconnect it and leave the ABS cable as stock.

2.5 on 5100's with stock coils? I had this setup before spindles...yes, you can set them at that on top of spindles...I had a very hard time aligning when I was at 2.5...but have read posts from other members that are happy with 5100's at 2.5....right will be harsher as well...do you have aftermarket UCA's?

no, before spindles...after spindles I went with 1.75. technically, it would be the same before or after spindles..since spindles keep stock geometry...spindles are roughly 3.70"...I ran 2.5 before spindles and tried to convince myself I was happy with that setup...but i wasnt because of the alignment and wobbly feeling on the wheel and other little issues...but, spindles will allow you to set up your 5100's to 2.5 if that's the way you want to go...

Are you running stock coils in the front? you didn't say in the above post. I am thinking you're running eibechs based on the fact that you have a block, AAL, and TSB and you are about even.

You can but you'd need an alignment after.
