Nope. I have the standard non tsb leafs with 120k miles on them. Here are some pics. Maxtracs and bilsteins at 1.75 with Deaver 1.5 AAL with 2" block in rear.

Man I love how it looks! Mine has 4 inch spindles with Bilsteins at .85 and a 2 inch add a leaf in the rear. When I get bigger tires I'm definitely doing this!

Got my spindles and leaf pack installed last weekend. Tip for someone installing, loosen the 2 carrier bearing bolts to allow driveshaft to readjust after install before test driving then tighten them back up. Mine pulled rubber boot off now I have to replace cb again after spacer comes in!

1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
I just checked mine and i need the drive shaft spacer and need to put my cb drop in.

Second note I have been having steering wheel shakes and found massive play in my lower control arm bushings. Toyota is trying to play it off on the lift but im running spindles which keep factory geometry along with 5100s. If they deny the warranty im going to be pissed. Ive had nothing but problems with this dealer.

Looking for the most durable of CBB to finish my Maxtrac Lift, all parts on the way and ordered but the Carrier Bearing Bracket. Apparently street tacos is out of buisness. Got my drive shaft spacer today! Looking to order and need options, iv seen the headstrong and wheelers product, Any other better choices to cure the Vibes?

    I have a few mods
I have all three for my setup, I prob dont need the shims...but I have 3* Toytec axle shims, OME CB Drop <<<<what you're lookin for, and a 4crawler 0.75" DS spacer. about 99% of my vibs are gone, but with mine being an '06 the ujoint just aft of the tranny and the one by the carrier bearing were completely shot, a couple of the caps had no needle bearings at all lol and thats what was causing majority of my vibs.

you can either get the OME CB drop which is really the only one that I have seen, you can fab up some steel pieces for the height you need, or you can shove washers over the bolt to get the drop needed

Kinda happy about how she turned out, with the COs set at Zero the ride feels very much like my drift spec 350Z that was equipped with full Tanabe suspension . . . Well except with more more ground clearance and the desert running at speed.

Looks great man! I love my Icons and Maxtracs!! With that coilover spring rate you can remove that sway bar with no problems at all. I was a little hesitant when I removed mine, but soooo glad I did. I've taken sharp corners at speed with no crazy leaning or anything like that. With stock springs its a different story. Probably one of the best "mods" 'I've done. Feels so much better.

Agree with you 100% and to be honest it's hard to put into words how different the truck feels now. What I do know is there are no regrets ! ! !

For you guys running 35's, besides the Maxtrac's, what else did you have to do to clear the tires? I know your running 5100's or aftermarket coilovers but was wondering if you had to trim or do a CMC also. I'm wanting bigger tires now that I've got the spindles and 5100's but not sure about the 35's. Was also considering a 285-75-17 which is a 34 I believe. Thanks

You can hear them but they're not too bad. I crank the radio anyways so it's not a big deal.

A lot depends on your wheel specs. Mine are 17x9, 4.75 BS, -6 offset (NO spacers). I had to trim a little of the plastic inner fender and I cleared great for daily driving. Then I had a truck full of people and with the extra weight while backing up i rubbed a little on cab mount. So I did a CMC. After our last meet I was going down a steep washout and rubbed on the inside corner of the fender flare while turning left. It was sticking out past the cab mount so I trimmed that off and I'm good now.
