    I have a few mods
35s are a nice size, I eventually want 37s or 40s. even with 37s. you still have to tub the firewall and relocate the body mounts.....40s are gonna be A LOT of work to fit lol

So I'm gonna put on 4" spindles and 5100's on Monday. I have a 2" AAL in the rear. If I set the 5100's to the second setting would the front be too high?

Probably, it would be about an inch higher. The 4" Maxtrac lift/level kit comes with 2" blocks. 2" difference is about the norm, but then again mine seems like it was an inch. Mine measures the same front & rear, it looks level & the front is lifted right at 6.5" & the rear is 5.5". Best thing to do is measure hub to fender front & rear while it's stock & that will tell you how much more the front needs to be lifted than the rear. Of course this only matters if toy want it level.

Oh okay well I only have the spindles no blocks. I was thinking if I put the shocks in the second setting it would drop about an inch if I put a plate bumper on it. Does that sound right?

Block are for the rear & spindles only with nothing in the rear will definitely put it nose high by about 2".
Blocks or aal either way it's like 2".
I don't have a bumper so I'm not positive how much it will drop but it will drop.

magic, I cant help you with photots, but i can help you with photos.....lol :p

haha thanks lol, it was taken with a Nikon D3300 and my 18-55mm lens before it fell over and broke the telescoping part of the lens. I think the shutter was set to 30 seconds for that particular photo. I also have a 55-200mm kit lens and a new Nikkor 35mm Prime lens. In total its worth about $1200, I paid $650 for the camera bundle that came with the body, 2 lenses, and a bag. I bought the 35mm lens when my 18-55mm lens broke lol.

here are some of my favorites ive taken with this camera so far

Bought some Walker Evans 2.5 coilovers and rear shocks so I will be lowering my truck soon. Can't wait to take that ugly block off of the rear. Also gonna make the 285's look a little bigger. Hoping to put it somewhere around 5.5-6" of lift

I'm not planning on it, its not a hot rod but it still has decent power & I'm still getting decent mpg's.

What is "decent"? I mean, average. I feel like my truck gets bitchin mpg with my little sissy 265/70's and don't want to ruin that with adult sized tires.

Oh you'll lose a little, I've lost like 2-3 mpg. On a recent trip one way was 18 & on the way back I got 20, that's running 70 mph that's all highway.
    During the week I'd say I do 50/50 highway/city & I get around mid 17's.
