I got them directly from all-pro for $500, but it was during memorial day so shipping was free

Thanks man I will check them out. Just got a recall on my factory leafs yesterday and talked to my buddy that has the deavers, turns out what he was gonna do was add some Deaver leafs for the rear lift "not a full pack" so I'm thinking now I might just change the entire pack. What do you suggest? My other problem is I just installed my 5100 billies in the rear and if I do all this I need the extended billies not the standard. This simple lift I was planning is getting a little more expensive then thought. But I want it to ride good and last. Thanks in advance!

    Hello TW folks,

I asked a question on here before and I forgot what the answer was. I know someone answered it but dammit, I forgot. I apologize to whoever answered it for me.

Either in October (my wedding anniversary) or for Christmas I will be getting a set of these:

    Here's my concern:
Will these work well with my Maxtrac Spindles WITHOUT front wheel spacers?

I'm running 17" OEM FJ 6-spoke wheels now and I have Spidertrax on the rear ONLY so that the rear wheels stick out enough to match the front. They clear the front spindles just fine. I don't want to add spcers to the front because then the fronts will stick out more than the rear.

Anyone run these 16" OEM TRD sumulated beadlock wheels WITHOUT front spacers?

I'll be sure to write down the answe this time.

    Thank you.

It really depends on what you intend to use your truck for and the type of ride that you want. I know a lot of guys have done different combinations of blocks and leafs to get their desired lift. I personally prefer going with an entire leaf pack, whether that means all-pro, alcan, etc. just because you get something designed for your desired height, while also maintaining a more comfortable ride through a progressive spring rate.

Lifting your truck can definitely add up quickly, but I think investing in it correctly the first time will ultimately be better. If your main goal is comfort and performance, then I would definitely suggest doing it the right way. Yes, it will cost more, but I think you will be much happier with the end result.

Do lift spindles increase or decrease the suspension travel at all??? Still a mega noob lift wise....

That's a good question, I'm actually not entirely sure. You definitely gain height and ground clearance, but I would think that actual travel is still limited by your coilovers.

Spindles have no effect on suspension travel. It does not increase the legth of the front struts like springs do. A truck with coil springs that are 1" taller than OEM will have 1" of travel more than a truck with 4" spindles & stock coils.

YES! They will fit. I had them on for a day when I first lifted my truck and before I put on my wheels

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm sitting at the dealer now waiting to see what they want to do with the stock leaf pack. Ill have to decide from there which way I want to go. My buddy says he can make the Deaver leafs work fine for what I need, but I did order the extended billies for the rear from headstrong. Not gonna do much off-roading besides Texas country roads and some light trails. I just want it to sit right and ride good.

Then I'm sure it will be fine for your needs. You're going to love it, so much better than stock!

Ya I'm figuring I got the extended billies and I'll use those Deaver leafs if it works out fine then I save $500. If not happy with it I'll spend the money and get the all pros. Do you recommend the standard or the expo's?

I am running expos and couldn't be happier. Some claim that they are too stiff, but I think they feel great. only other difference is that you will get about an inch more lift from the expos

Now that I read your answer I realize that I was told this answer before. Was it you @TXAggieTRD who answered this question before? If so thanks AGAIN. HAHAHA!

    Cool!

    Whole lotta stuff

I'm going to be running these 16" rims with the 4" spindles, but I'll be at 4.00 backspacing to offset the decrease in rim size.

Dang they are out of stock. Dealer says I need the new stock leafs and they won't have them for at least 30 days. Lift was set for two weeks from now
