What kit do you have in mind? I have an end goal being LT front and a simple tube bed cage with some long shocks.

Okay I'm impatient and tired of having so many parts just sitting so I think Im just going to order everything else I need suspension wise and slap everything on and run 265s and stock sport wheels with a spacer until I can afford new wheels with the correct backspacing and 33s.
    I'm planning on running
    Front:
5100s @1.75 with stock coils (maybe upgrade to 884s in the future if Im not happy with ride quality)
Maxtrac Spindles w/ extended brake lines
    Rear:
    All pro expos
1ish" block depending on how she sits post lift
    B110s

Now I know I need to order extended brake lines for the rear, do I need to order anything else? I plan on buying a driveshaft spacer post lift so I can measure the exact length needed.

I would just do the 5100s up front maybe on the first clip and no block in the back with the all pro expo leaf packs.

Maybe do a ubolt flip kit and aftermarket bump stop front and rear while you're doing the stage 1

I considered it after seeing you recommend it a couple times to other people (just finished reading all 656 pages), but don't really do any off roading so didn't think they were necessary. Have seen cb drop and longer ubolts discussed was wondering if those were necessary?

You'll certainly need longer ubolts with the aftermarket leaf packs, they'll probably come with them.

Flip or no flip I think super bump bump stops are a good idea

The CB drop probably wouldnt hurt since you would be adding the drive shaft spacer. It's not always needed from what I recall but it's a quick item to take care of since you will be down there.

Thank you guys for input. Also I know with 16” wheels the backspacing is supposed to be 4.5 or lower. However finding/purchasing wheels in hawaii is quite hard due to shipping so choices are quite limited. I found FJ trail team ones that have a backspacing of 4.84 and saw that two people in this thread run them without spacers. One guy said 285s we’re fine but when he went up to 35s that’s when he ruined his tires, so if I don’t go any larger than 33s would i be fine with them?

Thinking about the 6.5 lift with fox coilovers, my truck is a pavement princess so would i notice a difference in ride quality with coilovers vs the spacers?

no matter what, coilovers will always ride better than spacers, but a severely cranked coilover will ride exactly like spacers. it all depends how its setup

A great deal locally popped up on some wheels and tires and I’m hesitant to buy it because of the tire size. Fuel Beast 18x9 4.5BS wrapped in procomp 305/60s. Will it rub with 5.75” in the front and 5” in the back?

It might but a box cutter and fresh blade on the bottom inside corner of the front plastic fender flares and all is well.

If you want to stuff that at full lock, you'll need a cab mount shop.

No problem, if they are extreme offset the rubbing will be worse.

-12 offset. Curious as to how far they'll stick out past the fender but I don't think many people ran 305/60 in here with 4.5 backspacing
Edit: just found this website https://www.customwheeloffset.com/w...t_from=305&sort=date&make=Toyota&model=Tacoma and I think 305s will stick out too far, might have to pass on the deal even though I like the wheels.
