Thanks, I still need to finish it. I didn't get many pictures of doing the front end but it was pretty straight forward. If you have any questions hmu.

    Do it.

Stock fender, yes 2nd gen all day. But, I think 3rd gens look better with Baja fenders then 2nd gens. They don't really match the body lines well IMO.

This is a great thread, thank you for the photos. I'm considering doing the front end only and leaving my back alone...

I was gonna do the same until they came out with the rear setup. Then once the rear showed up it gave me “push” I needed to get off my ass and install lol

Looks good man, what front bumper are you going to run?

My next goal is to do a proper LT setup with Total Chaos' expedition 2" series.

    Really like your conversion!
Did you vinyl wrap your truck? If so, what brand and color did you go with? I like that silver color.

Thanks bro I have a brand new demello Baja bumper waiting to go on. I need to make a couple more adjustments though. I installed a striker instead of going the hood pins route so I need to make a bracket extension for my hood latch. Got the lights wired up with a plug and play harness I made and for now I just have the under headlight pieces ziptied cause I got frustrated at work lol

Those 37s look sweet, they fill up the fenders well. How bad does it rub?

Ya they fill these fenders up more than my 2nd gen glass did. I haven’t trimmed yet so I rub at like 3/4 of a turn in reverse. But I can pretty much clear them while in drive. Gonna try and trim it “clean” and get rid of the rubbing. Really not wanting to tub the front but if I start wheeling it again I’m sure I will have to.

Pretty much how she sits now. Gonna transfer my winch and do a few other things. @NastyBogging do you have washer nozzles and pics of your tailgate pieces by chance?

I never installed the washer nozzles, but I thought about putting them threw the cowl.

I'll take some pictures of the hinge this afternoon. It's kinda ghetto but it works. I just cut the old and new hinges and welded parts together with a small plate in the middle.

I plan on replacing it with the tailgate damper from the 3rd gens.

I tried using Tahoe wipers with the built in washer nozzles but the holes for the arms ended up being just a hair to big so I’m kinda stumped on that part. I purchased a tailgate mount from Toyota but havent installed it yet
