    Please do...

Are you talking about the LED bar? I got it from the retrofit source, but unfortunately they don't sell them anymore for a little while. Soon they will release a new bar though I hear.

If you are talking about the bar for the Hellas that I mounted I got it from a company called Crossfab.

No, if you search you will find a thread where I was working with those guys on that exact grille... The black diamond fab guys. Then I got in touch with Craig on the raptor grille that he was building. I was looking for a grille that would incorporate both ideas, but Craig wasn't interested in taking it on at the time unfortunately. I'm happy with what I have now and my hunt for lumens is never over... going to begin building my newest retro here once I start to come around from my surgery. I'm also entertaining the idea of putting 2 single row LED bars behind Craigs grille in the little cutaways that are in it. I'm worried about how much light will be blocked by the mesh though... I might even cut into it but I'm a little squirrely about ruining the masterpiece. I dunno, I have too many things to do and not enough money/time to get them all done.

Yours is nicer looking anyway. I always thought the BDF ones looked a bit to "RBPish" for my taste with the rivets and all that....
I could do a mesh satoshi insert with a cutout like that for half the price.

Mine won't be done tomorrow... just snapped one of my reflector bowls right in half. Guessing I torqued the bolts too tight. FUUUUUU

Damn that sucks bad... Time to go buy another headlight. I just got mine finished an hour ago. I question if my right projector is on tight enough, I guess I will find out soon enough. I mainly just used cold steel to secure and aim them; I was origionally going with the bolt on design. Also a heads up, dont scuff the lens with your hand before you put them together, I failed, and have a little scuff on the left lens.

Here is the finished result, havent plugged in my ccfl lights yet, that will be for another open weekend.

Also I have a question, do they say that your cutoff should go down 2" for every 20ft?

Looks pretty good! Here is a pic for you to give you an idea of how to aim them... But yes, 2" every 25 feet or so. 20 feet for a taller vehicle like yours or mine is very applicable as well

Built a bracket that mounts the exact same place as the stock crash bar that just went up and out to that opening in the lower bumper. Better specs can be had if you shoot a pm to member mizzac, he is the one who actually did the construction of the bar for me.
