Today is Memorial day. I didn't find a topic started, so I thought to start one.

Just sending greetings to all for the meaning of this special day. Wishing everyone a good day (although in many parts of the United States it's coming toward evening) and a to keep the meaning of the day alive. May God bless those who gave their lives for others, for a good cause.

So my half-staff widget told me that the flag only stays half until noon today!! Why is it like that? You would think that for the bravery for all those men and women who served and currently serve that we would fly the flag half all friggin day!!!
