    Howdy All

I've got a 2008 DCSB and I'm finally getting around to the build. Bought it in April of this year (2013) and been catching up on maintance.

Just installed an Ottonavi unit, so far a 8/10. Love the stock look and the features. Feel like there could be 1 or 2 things done better.

Just ordered some new rotors and calipers from brakeperformance.com. I'll let you guys know how that turns out. One of my calipers decided to cease up, according to North Hills Toyota. A little disappointed because I bought this certified pre-owned from Bairel Toyota and my warranty expired like 4 or 5 thousand miles go. Luckily I've wanted to upgrade them anyway.

Lastly, about to order the Boss Ultimate Lift from Toyteclifts. 3" should be enough for me.

Wanting to do CAI, Grill, and some TRD rims. Then I'll be happy with my TOY.

I'll update with pictures and more reviews on these products over the next month or so.

Good to know. Not sure really what's next after brakes and lift.

Love the Anthracite TRD wheels, want a new grill and the chrome bumper painted, thinking maybe exhaust, thinking maybe speakers in the bed for tailgating. No idea what's next.

Maybe I can get the GF to get me the rims for my b-day. Lol

That was a long standing misconception from other models, which spread like a bad disease across the community. Plenty of independent testing has been done to prove their worth on the 1GR. Justus posted the links.

Always remember that different engines respond differently to similar mods. To many variables to say that there is a "constant" with any one mod, across the board. That is just naivete.

Like any mods, do your research, and see which is the best for your needs, and which has the best attributes.
