    Ordered some dome lights that shipped on 11/30. Tracking still just shows as accepted.
    I sent 4 emails since 12/7 and just got a response on 12/18 with "we'll look into it."
    Still no response back yet.

    I don't expect them to fix it right away but there needs to be some form of communication from them stating that either they are swamped from holiday orders or having shipping issues. Being completely ghosted is not cool.

    I have a few other Meso products and love what they make so I'm hoping they figure out their customer service issues because I'd hate to see them fail.

    Things are looking up! I got an email update from Meso today, along with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. I clicked the tracking number and it shows it’s actually been received at the PO and is en route. I was tired of waiting on emails so I went and PM’d them on Instagram. Got an immediate reply, and an eventual “I’ll look into it” but I guess they actually did.

    Don’t give up!

    Nice. No new tracking number for me. I'm kind of assuming I won't see anything till after the holidays.

    I'm guessing not a big operation and probably overloaded at times, especially this time of year with order fulfillment, new product development and then add returns/cust service issues, etc on top of that and things can take time or even get lost/forgotten. Not an excuse, but a likely possible explanation. I've had good luck with them over the years and recently corresponded with Austin there. He was pretty quick to respond to my questions. I have no concerns with ordering from them again and again - definitely not like some other operations out there that sell grab handles..................................

    I'm also on a similar boat. I've sent an inquiry about the puddle pod switch not being fully illuminated back in October. I got a first response from CS, but nothing followed after. I sent a query again last month but have not heard anything back.

    One of my puddle pods also have three dead diodes. It still works, but not to the full extent. Sent a warranty query and got a reply, but have not heard anything back again. Makes me wonder if my emails are going to junk / spam or if I'm being ignored.

    I was hoping to buy some interior lights but everything I want is out of stock. I suppose I’ll wait to see what happens with people here before I buy. I did message them on here just the other day if they plan to produce more. Haven’t heard back yet but it’s only been a day.

    Is there a way to view your ticket in the meso zen desk? I’m pretty sure I entered a ticket, and I want to confirm. I’ve been waiting a few days for a reply, and this thread worries me!

    I ordered a few of the interior blackout items and everything was sent promptly. However, I received 4Runner door handle covers!

    I didn’t want to take out of the package to test, but does anyone know if these fit a taco?

    I wish I could add something positive, but I'm getting pretty frustrated with the customer service, too. I like their stuff and up until recently, I've had awesome luck with direct email communication. Now it seems I'm being ghosted on a defective item. Might look into a chargeback with my credit card. Rather have the part, but doesn't do me any good if it doesn't work.

    Simple mods: tailgate lock, LED interior lighting, black badges, MESO red push-to-start, MESO key fob, interior bed lights.
    Similar to my experience but they eventually sorted it out. But I don’t plan to shop from there again - not worth the aggravation/risk.

    I did eventually get my items but the customer service was non existent. It was basically send 2 emails a week with no idea if they were being seen.
    I get being busy but you either need to dedicate a day to email responses or at least post a notification on your website

    I'm planning on just buying replacement light pods from VLEDs. Shame that I have to do so, but I figure VLEDs will be less aggravating to deal with warranties.

    When you say “not being fully illuminated”, you are aware that the only part that illuminates is the center icon, not the on and auto, right?
    Also, when did you get your pods? Just curious.

    Yes, I am aware of that. What I am referring to is the 'hinge' part of the side mirror icon. I don't know, maybe the light is centered more on the left center than evenly distributed.

    I got my puddle pods last year, around July. The light pod has completely failed now - I think it's just the pod as the V5 DRLs are still getting power.

    My most recent experience with MESO is almost a year old, so, FWIW. Over the years I must have ordered about a dozen things from them, the last being 3rd gen tail lights. I had a return issue a couple years ago where the communication was good and resolved quickly. In my experience there have been no real problems. Sure, in the last couple years there have been production delays. When dealing with very small companies I cut them some slack since something as simple as an illness or family issue can gum up the works.
