Gotta say I’m a little disappointed in this product; got these to complete my interior black out and the fit on the handles leaves much to be desired. They fit on the handle nicely but the factory fit is very tight already that once these are on the door handles do not completely lay flush to the return position.

Any one else have the same issue?

Can you post a picture? It sounds like you don't have them fully seated.

It is a molded overlay. The only way to go any thinner would be a vinyl sticker.

I had that issue until I snapped the cover all the way on.

If they don't click they are not seated properly. 3 of mine went on easy, the 4th one I had to play with for a while but it eventually clicked into place.

Thanks for the feedback - got the drivers side snapped in sitting nicely. The passenger side I noticed the tab that fits recessed behind the door lock was pinch and bent a little. Smoothed it out best I could and fits better now but not that crisp snap of the lever back to place...might just end up snipping that portion of the snap in off

For what it is worth, I found that my covers fit well. But I found that each one "kind of" double clicked as I pushed them on to seat. If I only heard one click I found the fit wasn't quite right but as soon I heard the second click the fit was much better.

I think holding the handle open while installing is also helpful.

Should have just swapped out for SR handles that are already black.

When I got mine, I was expecting problems with the fit, based on stories I had heard online. As it turned out, the fit was perfect! Snapped right into place and sat flush. I couldn't ask for anything more.

When I bought mine the set was around $40 plus shipping. For 5 minute install and less time to remove if choose no way I'm swapping out complete handles. I have yet to have anyone notice they are covers.

I bought inner door handles all black from ebay for $60, swapped out all the handles and it looks great. Just go easy on removing the door panels as the little plastic clips can be finicky
