MESO Interior Chrome Delete Kit

Yeah, MGM really seems to pop on the door handles. I'll give it a week or two before I decide how I feel about it vs black.

 

Same here with the MGM, might go with black when available

 

Can you link me where you got all the red replacement details? Everything from the steering wheel, center cup holder, A/C vents, Shift Knob, A/C dials, etc.

@MESO is it possible to have another kit that will have the toyota heritage color scheme on it? For instance, the 3 climate ring dials could have the yellow/orange/red scheme?

 

It's all from Meso other than the TACOMA lettering which are lay in decals from some online store but I can't recall which one. I do prefer the lay in decals/vinyl to the raised letters in that TACOMA spot.

 

Okay, I just went out and tested a dozen different handles. Front and rear.
I am not seeing any issues, so please double check the installation. Make sure the back clicks in with an audible "CLICK" as you can see in this video

Unfortunately not at this time time. I would have to pump 3 different colors just for a kit.

 

I've subscribed for when the chrome delete kit and everything else is back in stock for the red!

 

You just need 2 friends and MESO to offer a yellow kit and you'd be golden (pun intended) once you swap.

 

Ok, no matter what I do, and I have tried at least 10 times now, I cannot get the rear of mine to make the clearly audible click yours makes when installing.
The rear tab is intact, and the handle fits in place, but no audible click, even when using a plastic panel tool like you show in the video.
My drivers door handle seems like it's "proud" at the top edge and the interference which is keeping it from closing flush when released is happening at trim surround.

 

Instead of the trim tool method, I clickied the hinged side in first then the rest of the handle. Something else to try at least.

 

Works perfect now. I just needed a tool hehe thanks @MESO

 

purchased extra handles. I’ve got 4 mgm door handle covers. Pm me if interested

 

Guys don't order the red ones because they are not red, they are orange unless you have the inferno.
I ordered them in red thinking they were going to match the rest of my Meso trim, but it didn't match.

 

Yeah, its pretty bright on the orange spectrum

 

Excuse my ignorance if this has been answered but I have been searching for a while here. Is there a manual transmission chrome delete piece I can purchase? @MESO

@MESO Do you have any plans to do a chrome delete for power mirror switch? Wondering if I should wait or source a switch from a different vehicle that is already black? Thanks!

 

Hey Meso. Just received my black vent rings and black 4X door handles. Feels weird to do the chrome delete without the black steering wheel emblem. I’m anxiously waiting for an email to when it’ll be restocked. Any ETA for the black emblems? Thanks! +1 for the sweet packaging and meso sticker

 

The MGM handles have grown on me despite their paleness. I’m definitely keeping mine.

I've completed my own blackout (mgm-out?) of the cupholder trim ring here.

Currently in progress with the shift boot collar following the same plan, will add a post for that once complete. It's nearly done bleach bathing.

 

Well thats a bummer considering i have wvery other red MESO piece. I wonder if its because of thickness of the plasic with chrome handles behind it
