MESO Dash Vent ring kit

Cement. Just do it!
I ordered Cement because while MGM blends better, I decided I want my mods to stand out a bit and match my exterior.

I did cement too. Helps to build contrast in the interior and add some character. Looks really good if you have the cement colored letters too

 

where did you get your colored letters? Been looking around at some options. Would prefer matte cement (MESO style) rather than glossy cement.

 

@MESO Any plans to release a chrome delete for the Toyota emblem on the steering wheel?

I'm considering just cutting mine off (like the vent rings) and giving it a coat of black paint like this:

For anyone else with this kind of request I would say put it in the order notes and include your original order # for our reference. This way we see it on the new order's packing slip and never miss it.

Got my dash vent rings today. Excellent quality. I haven’t installed yet, and happy I went with black, although I think MGM would look great too.

 

I’m trying to decide between those two colors myself. I did MGM in the original kit. Debating for the vent ring kit.

 

I’m with the rest of the cement guys. I was going to go mgm but decided to go with the contrast of the cement on the dark dash. If I had any red to match it with I’d do the red. It really pops.

 

Same here, I have the MGM chrome delete. I held the black up and it looked great. I then held a MGM Start ring up to the dash ring location and and it looked great too. So basically, I’m no help for you. I think they both look great - MGM and black.

 

Was there one that was closer to the dash colors?

Sorry it's been a mad house getting orders out. I am 2/3 of the way there, and the rest should be out the door tomorrow!
I just had a buddy come over to get some pics of all the colors installed to give everyone a better look. Here ya go;

A few notes:
Before, I was really stuck with BLACKED OUT everything. But the colors are growing on me. These rings are such a small diameter, the color matched ones give the dash a nice little custom flare...without over doing it and being too obnoxious.
The MGM at the right angle is really close to the silver around the stock bezel, I was surprised.
In the end, he chose quicksand

 

Well thanks for that Meso... now more info to put me in analysis paralysis. It looks like the MGM matches the dash a bit more than the vent surround. While the black matches the vent surround. Now I can’t decide between contrasting or not!
